(一)Salary System

JIAERKE established salary channel with development space, the salary level matched with the corresponding position, the salary structure cooperated with salary payment idea, and the salary incentives related to the performance results.
Salary channel refers to the salary development space of the staff, including short and long channel.
Salary structure is the combination of different salary programs designed for diversified performance contribution points of the position sequences, and each salary program has respective weight in the annual salary, including base salary, monthly performance bonus, annual performance bonus, sales commission, project bonus, performance improvement bonus, overtime pay and allowance, etc.
Salary level is determined according to the position grades, the work experience and the ability of the staff, which is known as short channel, the promotion or demotion in salary is carried out based on the annual performance assessment results of the staff. While salary level is determined according to the position skill grades of the staff, which is known as long channel, the promotion or demotion is carried out based on the performance and the ability of the staff.
Salary incentives include monthly performance bonus, annual performance bonus, sales commission, project bonus and performance improvement bonus.
 

(二)Welfare System

1. Guarantee and welfare: pay social insurance and housing provident fund for each employee.
2. Health benefits: Management staff will receive free physical examination once every two years, and other staff will receive free physical examination once a year.
3. Leave benefits: The company provides annual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, breastfeeding leave, funeral leave, sick leave, and work injury leave.
