In order to improve the safety management concept, improve the internal auditors' auditing ability, and prepare for upgrading the occupational health and safety management system from OHSAS 18001:2007 standard to ISO 45001:2018 standard, from March 7th to 9th, the company invited Ms. Lu from China Certification Center and conducted training on the new version of the occupational health and safety management system for middle and top management and internal auditors.

During the training, Ms. Lu made detailed explanations and case-sharing from the standard concept, background, frame, key chapters, key words and sentences, etc., and actively interacted with the trainees during the training process to answer some key questions. The trainees expressed their great benefits.

In the training of internal auditors, Ms. Lu imparted auditing skills from the audit scope, audit basis, audit criteria and other aspects, promoted internal auditors to have a deeper understanding of the new standard.by practicing writing audit checklists, performing mock audits and practicing preparing non-conformance reports, etc. in groups. The internal auditors have improved the auditing ability of the occupational health and safety management system through learning, and a solid foundation has been laid for the smooth implementation of the next version upgrade of the company system.
